“High EQ: I believe emotional intelligence (EQ) is critical to being an effective C-Suite Executive. EQ encompasses empathy, self-awareness, social- awareness, and regulation of self. It’s no longer about IQ but rather EQ. I have audited many organizations and leaders during my DEI and Culture work, and often the strongest positive cultured organizations have leaders with high EQ.”
